Organizations that were not registered in the Atlas da Notícia, applicants without a CNPJ, and/or proposals that did not align with the program’s objectives were disqualified at this stage.
The second selection phase began on February 20, 2024, and conclude on February 29, 2024. During this period, applicants were reached out through via email and had the opportunity to submit a detailed work plan, including goals, performance indicators, and a description of how they intend to use the financial resources requested from the program.
